Your Appointment: Patients are seen by appointment Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., some evening appointments available. The receptionist is available daily until 5:00 p.m. to help you. We try our best to stay on our schedule, although emergencies sometimes arise. If we are seriously delayed, we will try to notify you beforehand. Please assist us by being on time for your appointments. Occasionally, patients in the waiting room may be seen out of turn, if they are urgent or postoperative exams. We ask your patience if you have to wait. On your first visit a permanent record will have begun. You will be asked to complete a brief health history questionnaire and registration form. Please bring your insurance card. It is helpful to arrive a few minutes early for your first visit. If you have been under the care of another dentist, we ask your permission to transfer some of your records. Canceling an Appointment: If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call the office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients. A charge will be made for repeated broken appointments. |
